Tyralak 12,068 Posted May 6, 2010 Oh this is funny. There are some really bad baby names out there. The one pet peeve I have is when people take a name and deliberately mispell it to make it 'unique'. It's not unique. It's just dumb.
enigma 521 Posted May 6, 2010 Ah ha! I shall name my first born (should I have a kid) "Yooneeck". Or "Eweneke". A name I want to give to my kid if its a boy (again should we have a child) is Clark Kent (then last name). Unfortunately my wife shot that idea down. Tyralak 12,068 Posted May 6, 2010 I wonder why well, my brother in law's last name is Daniels. He wanted to name their first child 'Jack'. Let's just say my sister shot that one down as well.
enigma 521 Posted May 6, 2010 Of course I would not use the whole name when calling my son. I'd either call him Clark or Kent but not both at the same time.
enigma 521 Posted May 6, 2010 But then again I'd rather not have kids for the time being.
Tyralak 12,068 Posted May 6, 2010 His second choice was 'Anakin' I shit you not. She didn't go for that one either.

Khas 12,158 Posted May 6, 2010 Well, I've recently started feeling that the worst name in history was Jason. I still can't figure why... I used to think it would be an honor to be named after a Greek hero. Then I came to this site. Let's just say my respect for that name has gone down QUITE a bit. Tyralak 12,068 Posted May 6, 2010 Celebrities tend to give their kids strange names. Like "Apple" and "Blanket". I swear, a lot of these celebrities, if they weren't acting would be that crazy guy on the corner arguing with himself.
Guest Dr Dave Posted May 6, 2010 Funny you should say Apple, I thought of that one earlier when I was making that post about celebrity names.
Praeothmin 532 Posted May 6, 2010 Like "Apple" and "Blanket". I swear, a lot of these celebrities, if they weren't acting would be that crazy guy on the corner arguing with himself. Instead they do it onscreen or onstage and it's called "acting"...
Questor 501 Posted May 7, 2010 Well, I've recently started feeling that the worst name in history was Jason. I still can't figure why...
