Had thousands of dollars worth of healthcare done for free. It isn't the best in the world but the treatment you get is very good and you don't need to be hassled by insurance companies about which doctors to see or what treatment the company will pay.

 

 

 

If my wife immigrated to Canada instead of me living in the U.S. then right now she'd have been looked at by doctors and treated for pains in her body instead of suffering because we can't afford to go to a doctor. Just this alone I give the U.S. a failing grade.
