Again, using "Aliens" as a scenario, the Stormtroopers will fare a bit worse then the Marines, because they have the same limits on weapons -can't use Blasters close to the reactor, and since Stormtroopers are such bad shots, they definitely would hit the reactor - bye bye troopers...

 

They have armor which should give them limited protection against the Aliens' claws, and the Helmet should give some protection from Facehuggers.

 

But their training is lacking, they have no good tactics (rushing the enemy is bad vs Aliens), and their sensors are shitty as hell, not to mention very unportable (they needed a huge fucking crate of sensor equipment to do what a single Tricorder can do in ANH)...

 

 

 

But, once they run away, and get on their ship, the Queen wouldn't last long against all the Stormtroopers there, able to use their blasters (and even they could hit such a huge target)...
