Questor 501 Posted December 22, 2010 A Ron Moore character realizes there is a plan, and follows it. A JMS character realizes there is a plan, follows it for a while, and then in a massive cliffhanger tells the planner what to do with himself. A Brannon Braga character doesn't notice the plan in the middle of all the bad writing, deus ex machina, and technobabble. A David Weber character never notices the plan because they are so awesome that they defeat the plan by both their brains and individual, qualitative superiority - even though it outnumbers them eight billion to one. A Keith Laumer character realizes the plan, sets himself up in front of the plan, and defeats it by committing suicide. A Christopher Anvil character never has time to notice the plan, they are too busy running from one insane crisis to the next. Thoughts or additions?
