Ok, what would have happened if, in the space battle at the end of the Serenity movie, instead of the reaver fleet following them, Mal had emerged from the clouds with:

 

 

 

1- 1 ISD, with full fighter complement;

 

 

 

 

 

2- 1 Sovereign-Class ship;

 

 

 

 

 

3- 1 Defiant-class ship;

 

 

 

 

 

And for the utter curbstomp,

 

4- 1 tactical Borg Cube...

I seem to remember a Reaver ship and earlier a alliance ship that attacked the priests settlement got owned by a simple and old fashoned triple-A strapped to the top of Serenity and then later the Reavers put up a fight and killed quite a few alliance vessels, so i would say any one of those ships above would likely wipe out the alliance fleet in short order.
