  5. Now, for the spells that each current can provide (should have done this years ago): The Red Current (Fire Magic): Warmth: Increases the ambient temperature in the vicinity by 36 F/20 C. Fireball: Conjures a ball of fire to be lobbed at enemies. Fire Bolt: Lobs a small burst of flame at an enemy. Blaze: Sets the ground behind the caster aflame. Inferno: Creates a jet of flame launched from the caster's hand. Fire Wall: Creates a wall of flame between the caster and enemies. Arrows of Fire: Shoots multiple fire bolts at enemies. Firewhirl: Creates a tornado of flame. Meteor: Summons a meteor to fall onto the caster's enemies. Meteor Shower: Summons multiple meteors. Conflagration: Creates a wildfire, engulfing many enemies at once. The Orange Current (Body Magic): Heal Light Wounds: Heals small cuts, bruises, and scrapes. Decalcify Bone: Turns bone into cartilage. Restore Bone: Turns cartilage back into bone. Mend Bone: Heals broken bones. Spray of Blood: The caster spits out a stream of blood at an enemy. Mend Blood Vessel: Repairs any damaged blood vessel. Boil Blood: Causes an enemy's blood to boil and shoot out of every opening on their body. Acid Spray: The caster vomits out a stream of hydrochloric acid from their stomachs at enemies. Heal Moderate Wounds: Heals deeper cuts, mends cracks in bones, and repairs small broken bones (fingers and toes) along with healing light wounds. Detoxify: Removes any and all toxins and pathogens from a target's body. Restore: Undoes any and all damage done to a target's body (aka "Heal Severe Wounds"). The Yellow Current (Earth and Metal Magic): Terra Spike: Sends a stream of spikes though the ground until they hit the desired target. Align the Matrix: Alters a metallic object's molecular structure to obtain maximum possible strength. Flechette Swarm: Creates a barrage of flying metal shards. Transmutate: Converts one metal into another. Landslide: Causes a barrage of boulders to fly towards the target. Rust Plague: Causes a selected metal target to rust (albeit, only if said metal even rusts in the first place). Slag Spray: A spray of molten metal is launched from the caster's hand or mouth towards a target. Skin of Stone: Temporarily changes the skin of the caster into rock. Raise Stone Golem: Animates a golem made of rock to come to the caster's aid. Raise Steel Golem: Animates a golem made of metal to come to the caster's aid. Earthquake: Generates a localized but powerful earthquake to deal with the caster's targets of choice. The Green Current (Plant Magic): Entangling Roots: Summons a web of roots to hold a target in place. Strangling Vines: Vines emerge from the caster's hands to either strangle an enemy or latch on to a target. Tree Singing: Causes a selected tree to become mobile and obedient of the caster's commands. Forest Lore: The caster gains the ability to understand the chemical language of plants, and communicate with them via it. Deadly Garden: Summons a field of flowers that release neurotoxic spores on the caster's enemies. Harvest of Death: Causes a swarm of plants and fungi to shoot their roots and hyphae into an enemy, consuming them from the inside out. Nature's Bounty: Causes any targeted fruit-bearing plant to produce its fruit. Summon Treant: Turns a targeted tree into a treant - equal parts wood golem and Ent. Botanomorphosis: Transforms a targeted enemy into a plant of equal mass. Spore Bomb: Creates a spore pod that explodes, sending neurotoxic spores over a wide area. Song of the Forest: Animates all trees within a 100 foot/32 meter radius, making them loyal to the caster. The Blue Current (Sea and Storm Magic): Frost Bolt: Lobs a shard of ice at a target. Lightning Bolt: Hits a target with a bolt of lightning. Gust of Wind: Creates a powerful burst of wind that sends targets flying. Water Jet: Launches a jet of water from the caster's hand. Chain Lightning: Creates a swarm of lightning bolts that jump from target to target. Whirlwind: Creates a tornado that can be controlled by the caster. Blizzard: Creates a blizzard that wreaks havoc on targets with a mix of ice, high wind, and cold. Monsoon: Summons a devastating rainstorm that causes floods to overwhelm enemies. Lightning Storm: Ionizes the air to the point that a nightmarish barrage of lightning descends from the sky. Tsunami: Creates and directs a devastating wave of water to plow through enemies. Hurricane: Creates a massive whirlwind, and adds in enormous amounts of water, ice, and lightning for good measure. The Indigo Current (Arcane Magic): Magic Missile: Hurls a bolt of arcane energy at the target. Disintegrate: Fires a beam of arcane energy that disintegrates any enemy it hits. Missile Storm: Fires a barrage of magic missiles at multiple targets. Aetheric Orb: Creates an orb of arcane energy that acts as a grenade. Farsight: Lets the caster observe far-off places and people. Arcane Shield: Creates a spherical "deflector shield" around the caster. Cone of Destruction: Blasts a cone of energy that destroys everything in its path. Aetheric Vortex: Creates a vortex of arcane energy that destroys everything in range of its tendrils. Energy Web: Projects a web of arcane energy that slice-n-dices anything in its way. Storm of Knives: Summons a barrage of shards of arcane energy that cut, slice, and impale all in their way. Rain of Energy: Causes thousands of energy beams to descend from the heavens, devastating all they hit. The Violet Current (Mind Magic): Telepathy: Lets the caster read another's thoughts. Confusion: Dulls the senses of a target, and confuses their thoughts. Image of Fear: Creates an image of the victim's worst fear that the victim believes is real. Image of Desire: Creates an image of the victim's most desired person or object that the victim believes is real. Astral Projection: Allows the caster's mind to leave their body temporarily. Sleep: Makes a target fall asleep for an hour. Mental Probe: Scan's a target's mind for useful information. Mass Confusion: Inflicts "Confusion" on a large number of targets. Implant Suggestion: Implants a suggestion of the caster's choice into the victim's mind. Mind Rape: Forces horrific images into the victim's mind, while simultaneously making them relive their worst experiences. Dominance: Turns the target into a total puppet of the caster. The Brown Current (Beast Magic): Bear Claws: Turns the caster's hands into bear claws. Venomous Bite: Turns the caster's teeth into venomous fangs. Animorphism: Lets the caster transform into an animal of their choice. Animal Empathy: Makes animals obedient to the caster. Call of the Wild: Turns targeted animals against their masters. Summon Swarm: Summons a swarm of bats, rats, spiders, and snakes to do as the caster commands. Horde of Locusts: Summons a locust swarm to devour anything organic in their path. Polymorph: Temporarily transforms a targeted person into an animal of the caster's choice. Curse of the Wilds: Permanently transforms a targeted person into an animal of the caster's choice. The Beast Within: Turns the mind of a target into that of a beast. Wrath of the Wild: Causes a herd of assorted wild animals to stampede through a targeted area. The Black Current (Shadow Magic): Shadowmeld: Lets the caster turn invisible. Cloud of Unlight: Creates a field of darkness so extreme, that it's more "anti-light" than the absence of light. Blindness: Renders the caster's victim temporarily blind. Wave of Darkness: Sends forth a wave of shadow that obscures the vision of all in its path. Orb of Shadow: Launches an orb of unlight that sucks the energy out of its targets. Shadow Beam: Effectively, a laser of darkness; a beam of unlight that sucks the heat out of whatever or whoever it hits. Summon Shadow Golem: Creates a golem out of unlight that the caster can command. Light Drain: Absorbs light in the immediate area, making it increasingly difficult for others to see. Shadow Tendrils: Mixes unlight with various substances in the vicinity to create tentacle-like appendages of shadow and matter. Shadow Missiles: Launches a volley of orbs of unlight which sap the energy and heat from whatever they hit. Imperishable Night: Creates a field of nearly-impenetrable darkness over a large area which prevents enemies from seeing anything beyond the reach of their arms. The Gray Current (Death Magic): Drain Life: Drains the life force from the caster's target. Animate Corpse: Reanimates a dead body to serve as a zombie minion. Hungry Ghost: Summons a spirit which feeds on the life force of the caster's target. Lay to Rest: Returns all enemy undead in the caster's line of sight back into corpses. Banish: Sends any hostile spiritual entity back to its native realm. Animate Skeleton: Turns the skeleton of a dead body into an undead minion of the caster. Necrosis: Causes a target's flesh to rot while they're still alive. Soul Snatch: Removes the target's soul from its body. Animate Skeletal Mage: Turns the skeleton of a dead body into an undead spellcasting minion of the caster. Summon Revenant: Summons a vengeful spirit to attack the caster's foes. Army of the Dead: Reanimates all the corpses of the recently dead in the area as minions of the caster. The White Current (Light Magic): Illumination: Creates an orb of light. Blinding Flash: Creates a flash of light that temporarily blinds all in proximity of the caster. Prismatic Beam Spam: Causes lasers of all colors of the rainbow to emerge from the caster's hands. Solar Ray: Fires beams of ultraviolet light that are especially damaging to the undead. Clarity: Dispels unlight created by shadow magic. Luminous Blast: Fires a beam of intense white light that burns all in its path. Cutting Beam: Fires a laser that cuts through targets. Eye Beams: Fires intense beams of light from the caster's eyes. Microwave Burst: Fires a beam of microwave radiation at the target, causing any water in the target to heat up. Radar Pulse: Sends out a pulse of radio waves in a way similar to a radar tower. Gamma Ray Burst: Fires a huge burst of gamma rays over a wide area. The Colorless Current (Space-Time Magic): Blink: Folds space-time around the caster, allowing them to move around instantaneously. Time Dilation: Slows down the flow of time for the caster's enemies. Gravity Wave: Sends a wave of gravity to stretch and squish targets. Wormhole: Creates a portal that the caster and nearby people can walk through. Antigrav: Lets the caster fly on a bubble of negative gravity. Temporal Stasis: ZA WARUDO! (Freezes time for all but the caster for 15 seconds.) Gravitational Vortex: Creates a gravitational whirlpool that pulls objects into it while spinning them around. Gravity Beam: Allows the caster to create, essentially, a tractor beam. Crush: Uses gravity to collapse a target. Spaghettification: Uses gravity to rip a target apart. Black Hole: Creates a short-lived black hole that sucks everything within range into it, before harmlessly dissipating.

    Heads up. Some members of my research team have alerted me to the possible existence of the 5-Bozon, a type created by rabid Fivers. However, more research is needed before I can definitively say if this one exists or not.
  12. Alright, as many of you know (and many of you may not know), we here at ASVS have determined that idiots give off a type of elementary particle, called the Bozon - the particle of stupidity. However, recently, I was able to determine that there is not one type of Bozon, but three. They are: The T-Bozon (or "Trek-Bozon", given off by rabid Trekkies) The W-Bozon (or "Wars-Bozon", given off by rabid Warsies) The N-Bozon (or "Neutral-Bozon", given off by rabid fans of other franchises and regular idiots. They are also produced when T-Bozons and W-Bozons interact.) Thus, people like Timothy Jones and KirkSkywalker are sources of T-Bozons, while people like Wes Hutchings and StarWarsStarTrek are sources of W-Bozons. Sources of N-Bozons would include people like DiegoWolfFox, the various members of New Age Posting, Jack's Dancers, and so on.

    Reminds me of multiple dreams I've had. I once had a dream that evil robots started attacking during one of my family reunions, and they could only be defeated by throwing earthworms at them.
  23. Well, I've got good news and bad news. The bad news is that I won't be updating this 'fic anymore. The good news is that, rather than abandoning it, I'm re-writing it. You can think of this 'fic as a "rough draft" for the new and improved version: "Fluidus Potentia Evangelion".
