Testing has been neutered and the House of Commons has been shut down. Plus Stark is in the process of being booted from the Senate. Now I am not a fan of Stark but I'd rather have him stay in the Senate. Funny how Testing is thrashed for being too spammy yet the forum's description clearly states that Testing is the place for spam. Stick to PS3. I've yet to hear complaints about PS3's stability. Yes it is pricey, but get a 60GB model from Ebay and you should have no trouble.

Since it didn't go kablooie I kinda guess that the ship survived. True, that ISD would be laid up in a shipyard berth for a while but it would survive. But you guys forget that the other two ISDs managed to survive the asteroid field trouble free. BUT on the other hand, no Trek ship has been shown to pass the same type of asteroid field and the only time a ship (E-D) encountered an asteroid field (stationary asteroid field) they refused to enter and wouldn't even risk a shuttle! But my bad, Star Wars sucks right?

Why would you say that since a turbolaser is designed that way whereas the deflector wasn't designed as a weapon? If the Ent can withstand up to 12,000 degree temp but the deflector emits over 44 million, wouldn't that liquify the Ent?

Not going to argue because you are not making any sense whatsoever. As for the laser quote, that was against an opponent that had weak lasers. Besides let's say someone attacked you with a feather. You'd laugh and say that feathers can't hurt you. Now again what if that same guy had a bag with 100lbs of feathers and hit you with it. Are you still immune to feathers? Scale up the lasers to turbolasers and tell me again that they'd never pass through the navigational deflectors. I'll respond more about it later If there was no clouds then it is even worse. A small part of the planet being pounded and the end result was the same! No change! If I was to destroy\liquify\burn\etc.. one third of anything you would see actual damage not tilling the soil! Gee 100% survival rate with 33% of sustaining damage. While the E-D wouldn't even risk a shuttle. Yea, good rebuttal. You'll have to clarify the CW part.

Since the ant farm would be on my ship and in my quarters, I'd once again transport the Klingons into space. Scenario: You and the whole command crew are locked out from the main computer. You cannot move the ship, defend yourself or plainly put you and your crew have lost access to the ship. At the same time, a bunch of Neelix, Janeway and old Spock clones appear demanding that you and you alone have sex with them all at the same time or else you'll still be screwed over except the ship gets blown up. What do you do? P.S. at the same time your souffle is cooked and you need to get it before it goes crispy. Save the souffle!

Though I dispute the 150 to 190,000km range but the saucer section of both ship classes are identical. It is the drive section that is different. so they'd both would have similar firing range unless of course the Nebula cannot put in as much energy into their phaser banks as the Galaxy.

Phasers are useless against neutronium yet turbolasers can destroy it. None whatsoever other than some rippling of the clouds. For a third of a planet's crust to be destroyed in ten seconds, you would have to be able to see it from orbit more than wobbly clouds! I'd question the captain's competence if he didn't flinch at the results and asked some questions as to why a third of Moscow was reduced to ruins within ten seconds when he was told that it would take an hour to completely destroy the city. I'd certainly would question my men as to why I was falsely told that it would take an hour when at most it would have taken a total of half a minute. I have no doubt that they could *damage* a planet, we are doing the same right now to Earth! But outright destroy a planet will take a whole lot more planets than one or twenty. Base Delta Zero is canon\official by Lucasfilm (or whoever sets the standards). Until it is outright disproven then BDZ will reduce a planet's crust into lava up to a depth of somewhere between half a mile to a mile. As for ST firepower. In Pegasus, it was mentioned that it would have taken all of E-D's torpedoes to destroy the asteroid and escape. If the Fed's firepower is of so powerful then one or two torps would only have been needed not over 200. Jango Fett had an easy time destroying asteroids with his seismic charges. As for overall sturdiness, easy to compare as E-D couldn't maneuver through a stationary asteroid field yet ISDs were able to go through a violent asteroid field. Sorry but ST's firepower is sorely lacking compared to SW.
