I could think 4 possible reason I interest other ideas

 

1. Neither Vuclan nor Andrions will risk fight the Xindi after destroy Earth. Include provide escort for convories this first and must important answer distress call on top of that willing to take Caption Archer back with T'pol mistake on T'pol part not accept offer that another story since never found human bases first place.

 

2. Both sides fought war did not have the ships to spare this Vuclan answer distress call rule out this possible. Even this might true early on when possible war between two them.
