Jason 27 Posted August 15, 2014 The my theory come mirror universe why Klingon and Cardassion no longer working cloaking device is that when Terran Rebel down load entire Deep Space Nine datebase they get all UFP trick pick up ship cloaked. Klingon and Cardassion force never design more advance cloak device to over come this kind technology.
