That's disturbing on all kinds of levels. There's always been these kinds of bills floating around, but I hope this one gets quashed quick. There always seems to be someone wanting to take away people's liberties.

Yeah, it's total horse hockey. Bills like these are like that seemingly insignificant little crack in the sidewalk or a car window which gradually comes to destroy the sidewalk block or car window because it wasn't taken care of in time. They need to kill this bill pronto.
