Show me one instance of a phaser impact DEFINATIVELY projecting an impact on their target, rather than the target stumbling around by being dazed after GETTING HIT BY A FUCKING PHASER BLAST You get fucking shot by a slugthrower and you too will feel dazed and stumbled in addition to the KE impact, but believe me having seen the effects firsthand the "KE transfer" of a phaser blast is nowhere near say even a 9mm handgun.
