  1. Ok, let me make it official. All of you who think that any significant planetary damage is occuring at all are now officially goddamn morons. We've been through what three pages of this fucking bullshit now? If you can't get it through your fucking thick skulls then there is no fucking hope for you now or ever. Concession accepted.

For those of you who actually have used logic and math to prove your points, move along now and quit wasting your time on these fucktards.

  2. This board and SDN. smile.gif

LOL so you still have some common sense after all. Not like the rest of these retards, I'm surprised Tyralak isn't reading Fountainhead or Atlas Shrugged because you know he'd love nothing more than to shove his head up Ayn Rand's hairy, stinky snatch.

  3. Abrams says 900, so I wonder if there's a way to reconcile the missing 100 meters?

The missing 100 meters can be found in Fuckbrams' fantasies of how long he wishes his pathetic cock was.

There is no fucking way that piece of shit is as long as you morons say it is. I'll get some visual evidence put together soon - I know, hold on tight, I know how foreign the concept of "visual evidence" is around here.

  4. We only got to see a smell part ship got destroy Sacrifice angle before fly off screen. As for Wrath of Con Federation starship did not have as powerful of a warp drive as they have in Star Trek TNG. Miranda class starship more power warp drive in Star Terk TNG meaning biger explosions.Go to Youtube and look up Battle of Wolf 359 and see for yourself

I'll debate your points once you learn how to write in English.

  5. LOL I broke out into laughter from just reading the title alone. Detecting Trekkie bullshit doesn't even require any real skill anymore.

Too bad SDA doesn't seem to be here anymore, we would've had some serious opposition, which would have started strong, intelligent debate on the subject...

Yes because we all know how strong this place is known for its challenging debate....

I don't know why we have to go through this bullshit every time. I would think this issue is done with but apparently we still have stubborn Trekkies who just can't deal with the truth. I mean Jesus Christ if you'd just open your damn eyes it's fucking obvious that the damage equates to at best a moderate earthquake and at the very least nowhere near planetary-level damage is anywhere visible let alone "2/3s of the planet's surface destroyed"

  6. I know everyone is always down on ST Voyager but I love it anyway. It has everything; Borg, Tuvok, Chekotay, even Seven of Nine for the Guys. Always entertaining with just enough camp to be real Star Trek. And Janeway is definitely awesome, the scariest size 4 woman I've ever seen.

HAHAHA Oh God I don't even need to make fun of this. There's seriously someone who rubs it off to fucking Janeway? I hope you enjoy eating out on fish tacos with Marlboros and a shot of coffee on the side.

  7. You can't possibly be this stupid.

I should be asking you that. All you do is spout the same tired Trekkie bullshit nonstop. Why am I even arguing with you? I should just go back to SDN at least then we don't have to deal with the same repetitive bullshit from morons like you.

  8. Please then, oh great and powerful one, enlighten us... rolleyes.gif

Why don't you register on SDN then and prepare for some real enlightenment for some real arguments? wink.gif

Don't remember. I'll look it up if I have the time...

    Concession accepted

Well, everything we've seen in ST show us that ship Phasers and hand Phasers behave exactly alike, so if the ship Phasers can fire widebeam, then why not hand Phasers?

And the reason why they were brandishing Tommy guns is because they did not want cultural infection. They did not want their technology to fall in the hands of the planets inhabitants, a fact which they clearly state in the episode... laugh.gif

There's a matter of power generation. The Enterprise has power to spare for its puny phasers but clearly a hand phaser would be much more limited in terms of its power generation.

And clearly its more a fault of the Prime Directive limiting flexibility in tactics.

While I clearly need to explain that Riker didn't dream anything out of the ordinary for him, and where everything was consequent with his normal way of living, which is why he didn't pick-up something was wrong and that he was dreaming sooner.

    LOL!

You're seriously trying to argue that a DREAM is CONSISTENT?

You'll be eaten alive at SDN and rightfully so.

Or, it really is power intensive, and as you yourself (and many others many times, including me) have mentioned, may need most of its power to use in widebeam setting, making it inpractical in war, but useful in certain occasions...

We've found TWO. Real useful, I'm sure.

I fail to see how this has any relevance to the subject... huh.gif

  9. And yet there are still people claiming that Phasers are purely energy weapons when we see Phaser impacts projecting their targets backwards.

Yet once the Borg adapt to the Phaser's frequency, even the kinetic effect is "neutralized".

Oh God not this idiocy again.

Show me one instance of a phaser impact DEFINATIVELY projecting an impact on their target, rather than the target stumbling around by being dazed after GETTING HIT BY A FUCKING PHASER BLAST

You get fucking shot by a slugthrower and you too will feel dazed and stumbled in addition to the KE impact, but believe me having seen the effects firsthand the "KE transfer" of a phaser blast is nowhere near say even a 9mm handgun.

So it all comes down to:

    Are Blasters slug throwers?

No, so then they are using some kind of energy to obtain the kinetic effect.

If they use energy, which releases in the form of rays, then they use frequency based weapons, to which the Borg can adapt...

Blasters are not slugthrowers but obviously there is a KE element to it. Meanwhile we see the Borg unable to adapt to a weapon considered obsolete decades ago.
