I would think one of the jobs of the targetting computer would be to account for the trajectory and speed and maneuvering capabilities of your target, using computers that should, at least by Sci-Fi standards, be able to perform trillions of calculations per second...

My friends and I have been playing the same Shadowrun campaign for over 15 years now, of course a lot of characters died, but we still have two of the original six characters in the game...

We sometimes play SW D20, and D&D, of course...

As of now, we are usually interspacing D&D with Shadowrun...

D&D is great if you have a good story teller and a good group of people to play with. I love gaming with my Star Wars ST, he's a gifted story teller. Complex, multilayered plots, almost cruel about subjecting us to realistic consequences to our actions and he even handles the power gamer who sulks when he doesn't get his way with an impressive degree of finesse.

Your SW ST creates games like my own...

I love to put players in a "realistic" world, where their actions always has repercussions...

Once in a while, I also remind the players of how powerful their characters are by pitting them against "normal" opponents, whim they slaughter, or beat, with ease, depending on their mission objectives...

We happen to have games where no battles occur, simply because of the investment the players have in roleplaying just about everything about their characters, and our game sessions usually last 5-6 hours...

Pancakes, because I prefer them...

You can put more stuff on them, eat only 2 and be full...
