Alderaan graveyard. An on-screen look

If you encircle the planet and lower the circle into the end explosion we find that it does encompass a large quantity of matter which must therefore be relatively static and could represent the mass which composed the latter Alderaan Graveyard postulated by the EU and encountered by Han Solo on his arrival. The quantity is superficial compared to the total distribution of planetary mass and relatively insignificant compared to a planetary volume, but could compose a small asteroid field compared to the planet.
