SB's not half-bad. I'm on there since March 2nd of this year & only have 27 posts. I don't hang out there too often. It's a stand up b-board. Don't get me wrong. It's "TrekBBS Lite". SB actually has about TWICE as many registered posters as TrekBBS, but SB's number of active posters isn't nearly as high as TrekBBS's. 27 posts in 8 months. Just as well given my little accident at TrekBBS 7 months ago. B-boards like your's here Tyralak, TK, WF & TV are better suited for posters like me.

In the event TK is bought by Herberts who ruin it & soar it over Fonzie's shark, Club ASVS could/should/would stand to benefif by taking &/or filling in TK's niche. TV, or the BoobTube as I call it, can't fill TK's internets role due to their prudishness. I'd buy TK if I had enough greenbacks in my billfold. I'm holding out faith missmanners will sell TK to President Barack Obama.

to me as I've never registered on those forums. I didn't even know about Aethro & SF Jedi until I saw them listed on the affiliates sign out on the front lawn. I do intend to spread my filt-, err, I mean register & participate on those b-boards & engage in content based discussion. To definitely contribute.

On TK & WF when I click on quote & look at the emoticon/smiley, all it shows is :smiley: or :emoticon I don't see the .gif or other codes for the smileys/emoticons. How do I see the code for emoticons & smileys on b-boards? I want to collect a menagerie of new smileys & emoticons that could be used here by Club ASVSers. Ty, NX-01, ch, Paul entc ent al:any/all help appreciated. that continues to elude me.
